Bali

Very enjoyable stay at the hotel. The food was grand. The room was very clean and we had an excellent view of the sea.The staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is situated on a hill and the walk from the beach back to the hotel is all uphill and tiring.

Great holiday

Used this hotel for quite a few yrs always find when you walk through the hotel door that you are home the staff are brilliant they so respectful kind helpful, like family, they remember us & nothing is to much to help. If need anything. Can’t wait to have next holiday at the Bali 5 stare for me

40th Anniversary surprise

Been many many times, one of our favourites but looking a bit tired and old now, ladies toilets by the main bar need a massive facelift and I don’t think they’ve been touch for years. Sunbeds aren’t very comfortable for reading on as you can’t move the backs. Will always have a special place in our hearts but unfortunately I fear we can get better value for our money elsewhere.

Encantada

Hemos estado alojados un fin de semana dos adultos y dos niñas y hemos salido muy contento. Cuando llegamos nos obsequiaron con una botella de vino, ya que habíamos contratado el alojamiento a través del propio Hotel, con respecto a la animación del propio establecimiento ha sido fabuloso a nivel infantil, pues mis niñas quedaron encantadas, en cuanto a la animación nocturna, todo un acierto el espectáculo de magia y de acrobacias. El bufet ha sido variado durante toda la estancia y comidas y postres apetecible. También tengo que resaltar la amabilidad que tuvo las camareras del salón del edificio principal puesto que una de mis hijas se dió un golpe con una barandilla, y nos proporcionaron hielo y para que las niñas se tranquilizara, le regalaron un helado. ¡¡Todo un detallazo!! y por último, pero no menos importante tienen habitación de cortesía para poder asearte una vez que ha finalizado tu estancia.¡¡ volveremos seguro!!

Sonido nefasto

Todo de diez, pero el sonido en las actuaciones nefasto, el del hotel de alado se escuchaba mejor que el de nuestro hotel y es una pena, con el buen ambiente y servicio del hotel es una lástima no poder disfrutar del espectáculo y para mí falta un poco de sonido o música de ambiente. Pregunté si había algún motivo y me dijeron que es por temor a las denuncias de un vecino, pues si a esa persona le molesta el sonido o el ruido que podemos ocasionar lle tiene que molestar el que generan los demas hoteles colindantes. Hay horarios que cumplir y los que estamos o podemos estar de vacaciones queremos disfrutar al igual que los demás dentro de un orden ya establecidos. The entertainment was nothing like it used to be. The best night was always what the staff produced. Too many outside acts. The rest of the holiday was wonderful
