Good value Hotel
Great value hotel and very nice and good choice of food. Staff all very pleasant with the exception of the bar staff. They were not rude but definitely treat paying customers nicer than customers on All Inclusive. restaurant staff were first class. Rooms always kept clean and tidy, but walls need a little more sound proofing. Entertainment at night very good, but there needs to be back ground music playing in the upper sun deck area during the day. Shall return

Fantastic break
Went for a short mid-week break with family, I had never been to Benidorm before but loved it. The hotel was fab, staff really helpful & friendly, the rooms beautifully clean and the food was great! And what a change to have a hotel bar with reasonably priced drinks. I couldt fault anything.

GREAT HOTEL
STAYED HERE WITH MY TEENAGE SON IN FEBRUARY 18,THE ROOM WAS PERFECTLY FINE WITH A SMALL BALCONY,THE STAFF WERE VERY WELCOMING AND HELPFUL.WE WERE HALF BOARD,THE BREAKFAST WAS PLENTIFUL WITH THE FULL ENGLISH BREAKFAST INCLUDING FRIED BREAD! PLUS PORRIDGE AND CEREALS AND FRUIT AND CAKES PLUS GLASSES OF CHAMPAGNE IF YOU WANTED IT!, THE EVENING MEAL WAS ALSO VERY GOOD WITH PLENTY OF ENGLISH DISHES AVAILABLE. THE BAR AND ENTERTAINMENT WAS ALSO VERY GOOD WITH REASONABLE PRICES AT THE BAR. THE OUTSIDE POOL WAS ALSO A GOOD SIZE WITH PLENTY OF SUNBEDS. IT WAS UNDER A 1 MINUTE WALK TO A VAST ARRAY OF SHOPS AND ABOUT 10 MINUTE WALK TO THE LOVELY LEVANTE BEACH AREA. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL TO ANYONE AND I WILL CERTAINLY RETURN.

Great hotel
We have stayed at this hotel many times and can not fault it in any way the staff are amazing and very attentive even though they are busy food good entertainment good what more can I say overall 10 out of 10 will be back soon

Excelente servicio y relación valor-dinero
Pasé una semana entera junto a mi esposa y niño de 2 años en Benidorm y la estadía en el hotel fue muy buena. El clima estuvo expectacular que casi nos hizo olvidar que debíamos volver al frío de Bruselas. Lo mejor del servicio sin duda fue el personal en particular, quiero agradecer la asistencia y amabilidad de Juan, un tipazo. Lo que se debería mejorar es la isonorización de los cuartos. Sin duda volvería al hotel por la gran relación precio-servicio.
