FANTASTIC

The hotel is very central location and with in easy 5 minute walk to the beach and 2 minute walk to all the night life. The rooms are decorated to a very high standard. Staff are excellent and very helpful, always very polite. There is day and night entertainment. If not all inclusive the hotel is very reasonable for food and drink with an excellent variety of both. The dinning area is very clean and the food is very well presented. I cannot say one negative about the hotel and will differently be returning. I would also mention the hotel is very reasonably priced for the standard you get.

Another lovely stay

We have stayed here several times now and booked again for September. Staff really welcoming and helpful. Drinks in the bar well priced and service great staff so friendly. Luke on entertainment tried to keep everyone occupied and amused with games and quizzes during some terrible weather he made what could have been a miserable week much more fun. Room was great 716 end of floor so lovely sea views and larger balcony good spot for people watching. Only stayed b and b but good choice for breakfast and dining area spotless. Thank you all for a lovely holiday and we are looking forward to seeing you all again in September.

Perfect Location For Party Animals

Great location in the centre of the new town. Lots of bars, fast food restaurants & entertainment. Room very clean & comfortable but remember it is lovsted in a very noisy area and double glazing can only do so much. Only had breakfast which was passable.

noise

i have been in the Riudor hotel before it was updated even better now the only problem was they gave us a room with a bath so i told them i couldnt climb in had no problem moving but the room they gave was 705 so noisey couldnt sleep age 72 and73 next time i will ask for a lower floor hopefully have a better sleep for 11 nights

Lovely hotel

Checked in on 15 th may hotel fantastic then towards friday very noisy with gangs of men . Would definitely recommend but dont think they should allow stags

Agradable y familiar

Nos a gustado la situación la limpieza ,pero mejoraría en la piscina las reservas de hamacas sin gente... Animación bien y la comida bien. Las habitaciones cómodas y limpias

2nd time staying

We found the Ruidor a very good hotel. Check in was seemless and efficient. Room size and cleanliness was perfect and the pool facing room balcony was superb. A walk in shower was a great asset for both of us. As we had stayed at the Ruidor the previous year we found the selection of food in the evening was not as good as previous. Apart from this we will have no hesitation in booking direct again. James and Lynne McNeill

Great Stay 30 April 2023

Just back from a week half board. Food was excellent and always plenty of choice and warm. Room was always clean and maintained. We were given room 102 but due to noise from Waiki bar next door we asked to be moved - this was not a problem and we got moved next day as all rooms were fully booked. Did not stay in for entertainment so no marks given. Plenty of English channels on TV albeit not there to watch telly.

Lovely Hotel

We always stay in the Riudor as it is close to all the pubs etc and we are booked up again to go later in the year. The staff are very polite and they put themselves out to help you where they can. the Riudor has been modernised and it looks really lovely with a modern look. The bedrooms have also been updated and with the little extras added in the bathroom eg Dove shower gel and shampoo etc We noticed the food had improved since we were last there which is good The only down side is the entertainment is not as good since the hotel has been modernised. Which in my view needs sorting out as people where complaining and saying they were going to try another hotel. Which is a shame really as the Riudor is a lovely hotel.
