Todo muy bien
Hemos estado en este hotel 8 noches,la primera noche fue un fracaso que se resolvió satisfactoriamente,todo ok.

Anniversary return
Having visited Rio Park previously, last year my ill wife wanted a family holiday with our grown up children and our grandchildren. The Rio Park was everything she wanted, but, unfortunately after about 4 days my wife passed away. The management and staff were brilliant, particularly Sharon, and helped us in every way possible in the return of my wife to the UK. So this year I decided to return again, with my daughter and granddaughter for the 1st anniversary of my wifes death. Again, the Rio Park was everything we expected. We met up with Sharon again and were able to say Thank You for her help. My granddaughter, Megan, enjoyed herself so much and says she is saving her pocket money for next year. Accommodation, food and entertainment up to the usual standard. Ash and his team superb and Megan particularly liked meeting up with Jade again, and meeting Pam. She also was pleased to see friends from the previous year who had returned to the hotel at the same time. All in all a lovely week away, a somewhat strange but moving anniversary date, but would highly recommend the Rio Park to all how is this only classed as a 2 star hotel!!!. Hopefully we will return for many years to come.

Opinion
La animacion genial, las habitaciones sencillas, el buffet bueno aunque repetitivo y escaso en comida española la comida del bar a buen precio aunque abusa de fritos y en el miniclub solo habia una chica que hablase español.

TARTAN TRAVELLER
HAD A FAB HOLIDAY AND WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK. ASH AND THE TEAM DO A GREAT JOB WITH ENTERTAINMENT. THOUGHT THE 50TH PARTY WAS REALLY GOOD ESPECIALLY WHEN THEY RECOGNIZED EVERY DEPARTMENT OF THE HOTEL.

Aceptable
En general..calidad precio no esta mal,ha mejorado con respecto al año pasado. Se nota la reforma.A destacar bufet deberia ser mas variado y aunque el hotel este destinado a extranjeros podian poner algun espectaculo español

un buen hotel para ser un 2 estrellas..
un buen hotel para ser un 2 estrellas.. solo una objección el aire acondicionado para mi gusto pobre.. me hospede en la ultima planta y no se puede poner la misma temperatura a la ultima planta que a las intermedias.. por lo demas todo correcto.. gracias

Mirar por el turista español
Está enfocado para extranjeros tanto la comida como la animación podían mirar un poco por el cliente español.L as habitaciones necesitan una reforma están muy viejas .

Las habitaciones del hotel se están reformando poco a poco y todas las habitaciones de las 2 ultimas plantas están completamente reformadas. Todo mucho mejor de lo esperado.
Me gusto todo la animación de la piscina la comida, y el ambiente en general. Alguna pega se podría decir pero no le doy importancia.

Almost perfect
We stayed in the Rio Park for 9 nights in JulyAugust. The location is good, close enough to walk to both the old town and the main strip but just far enough away that neither is too close. The beach is a 5-10 minute walk away also. Check in was easy, we were given a room in the 9th floor. The room itself was very tired, definitely in need of an upgrade bit the hotel know this and are carrying upgrading work out over the coming months. The beds were comfortable and the air con worked well, the maids changed bedding and towels every day. The breakfasts were fine though they could do with having some decent butter to go alongside the margarine with plenty of choice. The outdoor area could do with a lick of paint but the bar is excellent value with cheap and cheerful meals and drinks. This is a real plus if you are spending the day round the pool or have a few children to feed. The entertainment is excellent, particularly the evening shows. Disney magic, Grease, Songs from Broadway were superb. Some of the local acts who perform leave a little to be desired but you cant please everyone. The staff in general are friendly but very busy as you would expect. Free WiFi is a bonus. We are out in the evening and went for some super meals, they are there if you look for them, its not all kebabs and chips. The Nepali Tandoori house is wonderful, as is Toscana Pizzeria. We would certainly return to the Rio Park but will likely pay for one of the updated rooms. I would recommend the hotel for everyone.
