Honest feedback
Nice hotel but is only going to get worse! Not enough staff busy week last week April holidays pool bar suppose to be opened 11-4 only open 1pm to 4 causing queues at top bar. Toilets no toilet paper on many occasions and hygiene not great so not getting cleaned enough. Entertainment has to be the worst they really need to consider bringing in acts as this hotel can be a fantastic hotel if they would just sort this out .

Hi Kelly, Thank you for taking the time to share your views with us. We are pleased that you had an overall good stay although you feel that there are aspects that can improve. The cleaners clean the toilets in the public areas several times per day and we are sorry to hear that some guests left the toilets in a mess between the times of clenaing. We will forward this comment on to the housekeeper. The pool bar is officially open from May (weather permitting) but they will try to open it a few hours per day in April as an additional service to our guests and we are sorry if this caused any inconvenience. Your feedback is important to us as a company and your comments have been sent to the hotel manager. We hope to get the opportunity to welcome you back to Benidorm and to the MedPlaya Hotels. spring break.
we had a good short break at your lovely hotel,the food was good ,meal times where well spread so no hurrying.The bar staff and drink choice was excellent and very friendly.Hotel staff where very helpful,this made for a very enjoyable holiday.thank you all.

Muy buen hotel
El hotel está muy bien, nos ha gustado todo, la única pega sería los espectáculos ya que es todo en inglés y no te enteras.

Perfect hotel to go for perfect holiday
Lovely friendly hotel and staffexcellent food bedrooms cleaned and a change of towels everyday excellent service by the friendly maids bar staff excellent alway 3 or 4 behind the bar nowaiting for your drinks the best all-inclusive hotel iv stayed in it beats the sol pelicarnos by miles iv stayed there crap compered to the flamingo oasis that why i and my friend go back every year some twice a year perfect for us

Really good holiday
Just returned from 16 day stay. Warm welcome staff all excellent friendly and helpful. Room lovely and comfortable and a great size with large balcony. Premium drink upgrade was great. Entertainment not what it used to be. Less professional acts and shows. We made the most of it. Disappointed the hotel continues to allow large single sex groups who tend to have little consideration of other guests. Some people I have spoken to wont be back because of this.

Hi Jean, It's lovely to read that you had a good holiday with us at the Flamingo Oasis and that you found all the staff to be friendly and helpful. It is unfortunately not possible by law to discriminate any guests and deny guests to check in at the hotel. Most groups behave and if they don't, they may be asked to leave the hotel, just as with any other guest who do not follow the hotels rules. Encargado del comedor en el desayuno
Solo una cosa que me pareció muy mal. El encargado del comedor en el desayuno no permitió que nos lleváramos unos sobrecitos de azúcar. No se trataba de comida, creo que estuvo fuera de lugar, francamente.

Lamentamos cualquier inconveniente encontrado en la hora del desayuno. normalmente no hay ningun problema coger un par de sobres de azucar, solo no está permitido sacar ningun tipo de comida o bebida del restaurante. Falta arreglar habitación
Falta que arreglen muchas cosas. La habitación 510 tiene la colcha con remiendos, el bide pierde agua, la cisterna pierde agua y suena mucho, la puerta del baño por la parte trasera esta negra, moldura del techo donde el plato ducha se ve feo con pegotes de escayola, los armarios están las maderas abiertas. La comida repetitiva y muy Sosa. Lo mejor como en todos los hoteles son los trabajadores.

Short Break Dissapointed Can Not Get All Inclusive Booking With Med Playa
We visited for 3 nights and had a great time. We booked through Med Playa direct thinking we would get the best deal. We were told that All Inclusive was impossible as it starts from 4 night vacations only to find out that if we had booked with Tui we could have had All Inclusive for a similar price to our Bed And Breakfast price. We brought the subject up with staff at reception and they were not interested at all. I was very disappointed to find I could have gone All Inclusive if I had booked with Tui. Surely you should get the best options for your stay booking direct with the hotel owners. I will defiantly shop around if I return.

Unfortunately, there is a minimum number of nights for All Inclusive and the staff cannot do anything about this rule. Holiday in Benidorm
We had a wonderful holiday in Hotel Flamingo Oasis. The staff was very kind and helpful. The food was very nice, but we missed typical Spanish food.
