Benidorm
The Flamingo Oasis is a great all inclusive option for a stay in Benidorm if you are not too fussy about food, service or adult entertainment. I upgraded my room to a club class hoping for better service - any service would have been nice- but unfortunately the service level and the food selection was the same, acceptable but not worthy of a 4star hotel rating. The only positive about the club class level is access to the top floor adult only pool area. There is a bar upstairs but don’t expect service - go get your own drink and no food options. It was a great stay in Benidorm but for me personally I won’t be back to this particular property. I’m not really sure how it earned a 4 star rating - 3 star family hotel would be my rating.

We aim to offer our guests a fantastic holiday experience and we usually receive very high ratings from our guests and we are very sorry to hear that there were aspects of your stay that you were not happy with. The Flamingo Oasis meet with all 4 star criteria thanks to our great facilities and we are sorry that you were not entirly happy in spite of this. The roof top bar has a barman all day, on some occasions he/she may have to leave to perform other work task for a few minutes but is shortly back behind the bar. Buffet desayuno
Creo que deberíais hacer el desayuno con franjas horarias. Es decir dividir a las personas en franjas elegidas por los huéspedes acorde a disponibilidad. Mi estancia ha sido maravillosa y estamos encantados pero el último día yo creo que el tema desayuno estaba desbordado, igual fue algo puntual.

Lugar agradable, limpio, y original
Estuvimos 1 noche por tema de un familiar ingresado en el hospital, el hotel, personal agradable, respetuoso, profesional. Limpio , nos sentimos muy bien el poco tiempo que pudimos estar, volveremos en otra ocasión para disfrutar de vacaciones. Es un lugar donde se puede recomendar , y las camas se descansa muy bien Gracias

Everything good but the food
The staff is fantastic. Helpful and serviceminded. The food was tasteless and boring. It felt like we were in England instead of Spain. We stayed at the hotel for 1 week and the food was very much the same.

Discoteca
Todo muy bien en el hotel,solo que debería el consumo en la discoteca,estar incluido en el todo incluido,muchas gracias por todo,muy complacido en verdad con sus servicios y de seguro repetiremos. Atentamente Joaquín y familia.

Queremos aclarar que las bebidas en la discoteca Fiesta Flamingo también están incluidas en el Todo Incluido. A las 00.00 termina el Todo Incluido y hay que pagar las bebidas pero hasta esta hora, el Todo Incluido es valido en el bar. Muchas gracias por dejar su reseña. Un poco de respeto de parte del personal a la intimidad

Nos complace que haya disfrutado de sus vacaciones con nosotros y que el hotel haya cumplido con sus expectativas. Si está puesto el cartel de "No molestar", las camareras de pisos no entran ni llaman a la puerta. Si el cartel no está puesto, llaman la puerta y esperan una respuesta. Si no reciben una respuesta, entran en le habitación. Lamentamos mucho si ha habido algún malentendido sobre este tema y pedimos discuplas por cualquier inconveniente.
