Great family hotel
Family of 5 , grandparents, parents and 11year old girl. Suited us all fine. Superb staff in all departments. All inclusive, always something to choose on buffet meals. Nice to have a glass indoors ,not plastic. Would go again.

Great location
Hotel is in a great location and rooms and entertainment area lovely, pool area my main gripe lol not so good as parasols everywhere i am an avid sun worshipper so really hard to avoid shading and sunbeds are cramped in together so difficult to move around to catch the rays all day perhaps taking away some parasols or getting ones which are moveable to suit everyone, we stayed all inclusive and have to say the food was ok but not alot of variety mostly salad with one or two choices of meat, we had one breakfast and one lunch over our 5 days and due to going out during day and at night to see showsacts in benidorm we didnt have much to drink so was totally not worth us staying all inc but this was a choice we made when booking and no reflection on the hotel but i do feel this is a great hotel especially for families, groups etc and would defo return with friendsfamily but it not really for couples. Most of the staff were lovely especially the guy on reception who checked me in he was so pleasant and friendly and always said ‘ola’ everytime we saw him and the other gentlemen on reception were equally nice and most of bar staff but one bar member younger just looked like he had better things to do than be working and was always hurried looking and couldnt crack a smile to the guests but most bar staff were pleasant enough and we always smiled and showed nice manners and in return received the same

Worth Every Penny
Friendly staff who made sure that everything was perfect. Great food, drinks. Location was very good and the pool area was great for the kids. Would definitely stay here again if holidaying in Benidorm.

Holiday
Lovely staff food was good especially Friday night banquet , hotel was very clean rooms done every day , staff were very nice & pleasant would deffo go back again

Latest stay
The Regente is always my 1st choice & have stayed here 11 times now & booked again for 2019 already! Great hotel, great location, excellent staff!!

A quick break
We have been to the Regente a few times this was the first time all inclusive here did it at Flamingo Oasis.The rooms have had a little refurbishment much to the good.The staff here are excellent,food as always been very good especially Friday night.The entertainment was very good, loved the karaoke good have been better with a better song choice and for longer.We enjoyed our break so much cant wait for the next time hopefully at the Regente.

Of my stay
Couldnt fault the hotel in any way. Great value for money, staff very pleasant and friendly entertainment excellent. As out 1st time staying we hope to stay again in July but have already booked for 26th December for 7 nights looking forward to our next stay with yous again
