RIO PARK FAMILY HOLIDAY
We really enjoyed our week here, 2 adults, 2 aged 21 and 2 aged 18 and there was something for everyone, plenty of pool games and things going on. The Med Playa team worked really hard day and night to make sure everyone had a good time. The hotel is in a perfect location for exploring the area. The food was excellent, lots of choices and all very fresh and the areas kept very clean. The rooms are basic and could do with a refit but were functional and clean. Would definitely return.

Qualitat-Preu excelent
Ens va sorpendre positivament les instalacións i la qualitat tant del bufet com la piscina , lamabilitat del seu personal , i en general tot . Per ser un hotel de dos estrelles tot estaba perfecte. Si tinc que tornar a Benidorm ja se on aniré . Ho recomano

Amazing Holiday !
This is our 4th visit to the Hotel Rio Park and every year it just gets better and better. We had one of the refurbished rooms with the walk in shower and it was lovely . The room and the bathroom was lovely and bright. I just would like to make one point about the walk in shower as my mums disabled she found it was still a bit slippery even with the anti slip floor . Please can you pass my comment on about putting handrails in the walk in showers as I found out our neighbours next door to us who were very elderly they were also afraid to use the shower because of the slippery floor . In the end I had to put one of the chairs from outside on the balcony and put it in the shower for my mum and help her back in and out of the shower. The food was outstanding theres something for everyone even if youre fussy eater . If youre on a diet they have a lovely salad bar as well . The entertainment team in the day were excellent keeping all the guests entetained day and night . The maids were lovely , the hotel staff again were really friendly and gave great customer service. We cannot fault this hotel , We love it so much weve booked to come back for the 5th time in January for a winter break and then again in September next year ! Well done Rio Park!

Love Rio Park
This is my 3rd visit to Rio Park. For a 2 star hotel - you most certainly cant complain. Its extremely clean, fresh towels and beds made up every day. Huge selection of food at both breakfast and dinner - something for everyone. The bar staff - Todor in particular- is absolutely brilliant! Always singing and joking with the customers! The only slight complaint we have is the sound proofing. Slamming doors, chairs scraping on floors and noisy neighbours were slightly irritating but I guess thats all part of the holiday experience.
