Rio park sen review
Travelling with disabled young person, had adapted room. Nice big room and wetroom. Plenty of choice of food. Drinks decent price. Pool -not big enough for size of hotel. Didnt have issue with loungers. Just inconsiderate guests placing them. Food - i have nut allergy and desserts had no idea what they were as no labels. Downside to hotel Lifts take forever. No courtsey room when no late checkouts available. In summer could have pool open later, for late arrival guests. Charge for tea and coffee in rooms. Fridge doesnt keep things cold. Had to put medicines in fridge at reception. Daily made service. To straighten beds.

Vacaciones maravillosas
Es u hotel excelente. Todo muy bien. En referencia al personal: camareros, personal de limpieza, recepción, animación... un 10 para todos. Destacar al Sr. Nelson por su gran implicación, amabilidad y gran profesionalidad. Al Sr Juan por su buen hacer y simpatía Hemos ido muchas veces y volveremos

Excelente hotel
Maravillosa experiencia, buena atención por parte del personal. Muy agradable y muy atento, quiero hacer especial mención a Joshua y Ana de recepción, por su amabilidad y profesionalidad. Hotel con Instalaciones muy buenas, con una piscina grande con zona para niños, comida excelente y muy variada. Esperamos volver muy pronto!, muchas gracias Hotel Rio Park.

Espetacular
Hotel espetacular, desde a comida aos funcionários. Boas instalações, boa comida, bom entretenimento. Podiam melhorar só um pouco a nível de funcionamento dos elevadores havia momentos do dia que era caótico conseguir andar de elevador mas tirando isso foi excelente. Excelente hotel para famílias. Com certeza que se um dia voltarmos a Benidorm é neste hotel que iremos ficar.

Amazing hotel, had everything.
Stayed with my 7 year old daughter and was unsure at first if benidorm would be suitable. But from the moment we checked in everything was completely faultless. Hotel had everything you could want. I will be looking to rebook again later in the summer.

Fantastic place
We had a fantastic time on our second visit to this hotel. Such a good location and food excellent. The only thing I have to mention is I feel water should be available free of charge at evening meal time. The lifts are a real pain, always going out of order and never working properly and our check in was very long winded due to volume of people all arriving at once. A better system needs to be put in place. But we will definitely be returning as we cannot fault anything else with our stay. Excellent hotel and staff.
