Great value
Great hotel but entertainment was awful. The show kept getting stopped to do an online quiz but not everyone likes to use phones when spending family time

Great short get away
Our stay at hotel Rio park was lovely will be coming again, maybe just for bed and breakfast as did not enjoy dinner

Muy buen hotel calidad precio
Nos gusto bastante muy limpio todo habitación nuevas el servicio de todos los trabajadores excepcional la ubicación está genial y el bufet puede mejorar un poco pero esta bien por poner una pega seria el parking que aunque es fácil encontrar apartamento cerca del hotel el parking que ofrece el hotel hasta a 89 minutos andando

3 Night Stay With Friends
Had a Lovely 3 night stay, unfortunately we all booked the Club Service and when we arrived nothing extra was in our rooms, spoke to reception and later that day 3 rooms received Dressing Gown, Slippers and in the mini bar 2 small bottles of water, 2 cans of Pepsi and 2 cans of Orange but no bottle of wine and one room received nothing in the mini bar or wine, spoke to reception who insured us we would receive the wine and our friends would also receive what was missing, unfortunately they did not and the rest of us did not receive the wine either. apart from that we all had a great stay, the staff are very friendly, the entertainment was excellent and the hotel is clean, comfortable and follow the Covid Rules.

Despidiendo el 2021 con alegría.
Estuvimos en el hotel 4 noches, del 31-12-2021 al 04-01-22, y lo pasamos genial. Aunque había grupos de españoles que se quejaron de que la animación estaba más orientada al cliente inglés, a nosotros no nos importó, venimos muchas veces a Benidorm y nos integramos perfectamente con los ingleses, su música, y sus ganas de vivir la vida. Lo único que el hotel estaba un pelín más alejado de lo que estamos acostumbrados, pero bueno, así nos sirvió como deporte para compensar las comidas. También encontramos la zona de piscinas un poco sombría por la sombra que proyectaban los edificios de al lado, pero claro era invierno, imagino que en verano, cuando el sol está más perpendicular a la tierra en el horizonte, esa zona estará más soleada. En general estuvo bien, lo recomendaría.
