Nice hotel but …..
Had a short 5 day stay here, food was ok some days not so great on others. There was a lot of noise heard from our room when trying to sleep, such as doors slamming and babies crying. Hotel was clean, staff friendly however there are still selfish people reserving sunbeds in the morning with towels and chairs on them and then not turning up until late afternoon and even then sometimes not even using them it’s infuriating. Although there are signs up that towels will be removed after an hour they are not ! Please Medplaya do something about these selfish people!!

Normally our life guard monitors the towels and people who try to reserve beds and will always remove them, he will also help people to locate and move beds. Excellent Hotel
Love Rio Park hotel! Food is really good with microwave available if you like your food very hot. Plenty of choice, both at morning and evening meals. Room and hotel itself very clean and tidy. Downside is that we had asked for a low floor with pool view due to health reasons. This wasnt accommodated at check in, even after sending 2 prior emails to the hotel. However, we called back to reception and were able to get a lower floor, but no pool view, which was ok. My biggest gripe would be that the sunbeds dont have the back part that lets you select the height you wish to liesit. Apart from that, really enjoyable stay - again!! Well be back soon enough :

Value for your money.
Stayed as couples, and groups top hotel. Food fab, Sunlounngers not so. Ha. But will be going back for many years to come.

Average Hotel
First night we were kept up all night by the sound of running water, similar to Chinese water torture. Went to reception next day and was allocated different room. But noticed they moved someone else into that room without fixing problem. Not very 4 star treatment in my opinion. Third night up all night with sound of electricity box buzzing really loud. So all in all not much sleep on 5 day break. The food was ok most of the time. Breakfast was always good. But evening hit and miss. Although pool area is massive you still get people rushing to hog su bed space and put beds really close to yours when there’s loads of space elsewhere. I know this isn’t hotels fault but people can be ignorant. Also pool area could do with a really good clean ie jet wash floor and especially the sun loungers which are rotten with muck. And really uncomfortable. Apart from this we quite enjoyed our stay ????

Great Holiday
We went with our 6yr Granddaughter & she had a ball. Pool area, kids club, food & room excellent. Loads if spare sunbeds. Adult entertainment was very good & at €2.50 for a glass o vino, great value

Hotel Rio Park
Absolutely love this hotel. For me it is now my second home, it is like visiting family the staff are so lovely. The pool area is just great a little sun trap. The food is great and the entertainment is too. I will see you all soon!!

Excellent stay
Loved our stay at the Rio park and most importantly so did the kids ! Reception staff made our reservation for us and couldn’t have been more helpful and the children had the best time with Luke and Ricky from the entertainment team. The location was fine for us and food and weather was good. We would love to come back again .

Lovely hotel
Had a perfect short break hotel was lovely food so many choices and delicious pool area was really clean my 2 year old grandson who gets bored very easily spent hours in the baby splash park and the play ground would definitely recommend this hotel also booked the hotel straight threw the hotel and got the benefits of a 5discount which was brilliant

Wonderful Stay
We stayed at the end of September and had a fantastic week at the hotel. The cleaners did a great job and food was excellent.
