Extraordinaria instancia
Extraordinaria atención por parte de Tonny en recepción. Limpieza impecable y un toque especial en la habitacion por parte de Anabel. Todo el personal del restaurante muy amables y atentos in especial Jorge que hiene dom de gente. Volvemos en octubre, la reserva esta hecha. Esperamos encontrarnos con la misma gente que nos a atendido tan bien. Para nosotros es mas importante la atencion personal que el precio.

See you again soon
We has a lovely stay despite the outside sewage replacement works. Kettle and proper mugs and a fridge were very useful to have. Location was perfect for us as we did not want to be in the Brit zone and wanted transport links We will definitely book again for our next visit to benidorm

Ok on a budget
We booked 3 junior suites at this hotel for a group of 6 girls celebrating a birthday the rooms were spacious but would have been better with a balcony . The room would have suited a couple better as no door on the bathroom and frosted glass separating the toilet and the living area

Mal para un hotel de 4 estrellas
Hay mucho ruido, las habitaciones parecen que son de papel se oye todo, el desayuno buffet malisimo, el colchon de muelles para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas, en fin no volveremos alli mas seguro.
