Fantàstic
De tots els hotels que hem estat de Salou, aquest es l’únic que ens encanten !! Fantàstic hotel !! El menjar es molt bo i molta varietat. Només trobo que , jo com a família monoparental i família nombrosa , podria arreglar una mica mes el preu. Salutacions !!

Todo muy bien, el servicio, el buffet, empleados muy atentos, ubicación perfecta. Habitación espaciosa ideal para familias grandes como nosotros. Seguro volveremos.

Satisfied
Great value for money . Majority of staff nice except one male staff member at breakfast who was rude to my partner . Lady at reception with blonde hair was exceptionally good , we lost a bag at airport and she rang and organized location of bag within minutes. We booked standard room but were pleasantly surprised that we received a superior room free of charge . Room was small wit cot but we managed , balcony was big enough and very safe for our 1.5 year old . We had half board so breakfast , and lunch or dinner. There was always something to eat . Que’s could be long at times

Rapport qualité prix imbattable pour la Toussaint
Très bien, rapport qualité prix imbattable! Il faut se rappeler le prix payer avant d’être trop exigeant Seul bémol la salle de restaurant très bruyante!

really good hotel but the food wasnt the best for picky eaters like myself also the glass in the balcony window was held in using a piece of cardboard

Exelente hotel
La comida rica i variada. El personal amable i atento. Siempre cuando voy en Salou voy en éste hotel porque me gusta mucho.

Recent Visit
This was the third time l have stayed at the hotel, and it was as good as always. The recent refurbishments are very impressive. It fits in with our budget and family needs. Do not understand why you do not reserve a section outside for non smokers, when the evening entertainment is on. Had to move tables numerous times to get away from smokers. Does not create a healthy environment. Other than this l would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Básico
Fatal que no hubiera agua del grifo disponible para las comidascenas y únicamente se pudiera comprar embotellada a un precio no precisamente económico.

No negamos un vaso de agua de grifo si un cliente nos lo pide, sin embargo otras bebidas o agua embotellada sólo entra grátis si contratan tarifa de todo incluido.
