Our favourite hotel, well placed, great food, close to cabaret bars and pathway down to Levante beach tskes about fifteen minutes stroll. But room offered was A2 which we turned down in September as the aircon didnt work and the room and bathroom needed attention. Still needs attention so we complained and were moved to a room in the main building. Only little grumble is a lack of double beds, otherwise always a pleasant stay.

Value for Money
Our first time at Rio Park. Friends had given it a good report so we gave it a try. We were very happy with everything. The hotel does need redecorating which we believe is starting shortly. Would definitely return & recommend.

Another excellent break
Have stayed in your Hotel many times for a short break. Would not stay anywhere else. I love everything about your Hotel Especially the food and the excellent hospitality. Hope to see you in the New Year for another short break. Once again thanks for everything and keep up the good work.

Rio Park

very good
we only booked for 4 days we usually go with med player ie the flamingo oasis but we found that the rio park was very much to our liking especially as we had room 205 we will certainly go again in the early part of 2017

Our stay at Rio Park benidorm
Just a little disappointed with our stay this time . Overall everything was fine very professional and friendly restaurant staff and food of excellent quality with a great deal of choice. The entertainment was to a good standard and the bar well stocked and reasonably priced. One or two things put a slight damper on our stay one being very dirty tables and chairs on the terrace outside the bar ok we had had Spains sandy rain early in the morning but by lunchtime nothing had been cleaned so we had to sit indoors, the seating in the loungebar area are now a little tired and quite uncomfortable. Also on checking out it would have been nice for the reception staff to have asked if we had enjoyed our stay in the hotel. Small complaints I know but it is these small attentions to detail that stay in your mind. Given that we live in Spain only 1hours drive from Benidorm we would stay again at Rio Park but would like to see some changes. Also it is out intention to try a MedPlaya hotel on the Costa Del Sol next year.

Benidorm beautilicious
Highly recommend this hotel. All facilities were great. Food was excellent. Location fabulous. Entertainment was great! Staff were great. Awesome awesome awesome. Cant wait to go backxx
