Great for kids and families

Lovely hotel great entertainment. All inclusive drinks and cocktails till 12pm. Good variety of food but could be a little hotter. Bus service every hour 5 mins to beach or 20 Min walk. Would visit again.

No soup!

Having been to the San Eloy several times now we have seen the improvements and refurbishments made over the past few years. One update we personally consider to be a bit doubtful as an improvement is the installation of another kids water play area located behind the stage, which used to be a quieter corner with a pool frequented mainly by adults who wanted to relax. But the installation of air conditioning in the apartments was a great decision. The one plastic glass per person introduction was a good idea, as it stops people from leaving mountains of glasses on their tables for the bar staff to clear up at the end of the day and helps stop certain guests from abusing the all-inclusive drinks package and the stocking up of drinks before midnight with the aim of continuing their session after closing, accompanied by potential noise. We also witnessed the passing on of drinks concession cards from guests who are leaving to guests who are remaining, so that the remaining guests could acquire several drinks at once and take these drinks to their rooms, again to continue partying after midnight. If there is a fine in place for not returning these cards during checkout, it should be applied. We found that the food was generally hot, tasty and quite varied but there was rarely a soup available during the 7 days we were there in fact, only 3 times in the 14 lunchesdinners! Weve never known a hotel not to have a soup on at mealtimes and, because of this, I think the main courses got hammered, sometimes resulting in certain items of food quickly running out. Gazpacho always used to be on the menu but we didnt see any this time. The fried eggs at breakfast were another contention. Two trays were available but they mustve been cooked well before the restaurant was open at 8am, which resulted in all of them ending up like lumps of rubber by 9am. Doing them in batches during the 2-hour breakfast period wouldve provided edible freshly fried eggs. It was great to get reacquainted with the regular staff, all of whom are friendly and hard working. Over all, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and the walks on the many tracks in the area. We will be back!

Último fin de semana de verano

Las instalaciones muy bien, lástima que llovió y no se realizaron actividades. Lo malo la comida, solo funcionaba media barra del buffet, y cuando algo se terminaba, tardaban mucho en sacar más.

Hotel parfait pour une famille avec bcp dactivités sur place. Pas idéal pour un voyage en couple si lon recherche la tranquillité.

Отличный отель для детей и их родителей

Всё было прекрасно, особенно хорош отель для семей с детьми, сразу ребенку в подарок дали раскраску и карандаши, что было не только приятно, но и очень вовремя. Есть пара неприятных моментов: вода в детских бассейнах была очень холодной, на ресепции недостаточно фенов, а в номере их нет. В отеле нет возможности заранее заказать ланч с собой, если планируете поездку на весь день. Также нет возможности заказать трансфер до отеля, или в аэропорт, или в другой город, есть только автобус до Тоссы с ребёнком пересадки делать неудобно. На обед и ужин отключены аппараты с кофе и чаем, а хотелось попить. В остальном всё весьма и весьма понравилось, соответствовало описанию, а анимация выше всех похвал, создает позитивное музыкально-танцевальное настроение, которое остаётся надолго после посещения отеля. Все работники отеля - настоящие профессионалы. Кроме этого, особенно понравилась планировка апартаментов: несмотря на близость к сцене и музыке, в спальне всегда тихо, спокойно и с приглушенным светом. В общем, классная неделя была. Отель превзошёл наши ожидания. Могу смело рекомендовать друзьям. Да, и обещанную бутылку вина в подарок не забывайте в номер приносить, а то мне пришлось за ней побегать под дождём...

Tranquilidad con los niños

Siempre miramos de ir un fin de semana al año, porque es como un camping pero en apartamentos con la comida y bebida incluida la animación de día y noche también hay, nos gusta venir con los críos y saber que tienen piscina y cosas que hacer dentro del recinto

Una buena estancia

A pesar de que la comida no ha sido muy buena y que no estan muy preparadors para recobrir gente con problemas de intoleràncias, hemos passado unas buenas vacaciones.
