Excellent place to go.
We have been here twice now.And rebooked for next year.Very pleased with here.Good for a family with children.Good room cleaning service.Great food and restraunt.Staff are all nice people and very helpful.Theres a bus in to the town.Five minute ride.Entertainment is great.We have no complaints.It good value for your money.

BON SEJOUR
Habitué des lieux, laccueil est toujours très professionnel, le personnel est en général très poli et gentils. Les animations sont dun bon niveau avec de bon animateurs mes petits enfants ont été enchantés quelques point à améliorer: Le wifi ne fonctionne pas bien du tout! le parking est trop cher et trop loin laccessibilité est compliqué pour les personnes ayant des problèmes de mobilité Des oublis au niveau de la chambre nettoyage et serviette mais cest un peu de notre faute car la responsable des chambre qui est très avenante et professionnelle est venu nous demander si tout allaient bien et nous lui avons répondu que oui devant sa gentilesse. Nous aurions dû lui dire la vérité. Quelques équipement sont vieillos et minimum. Télé trop petite. GLOBALEMENT NOUS AVONS PASSE UN BON SEJOUR. LE RAPPORT QUALITE PRIX EST BON. NOUS REVIENDRONS.

Another great time had
Have been to San Eloy 5 times now......just like going to a family friend. The medplaya staff always remember names and faces. My only gripe, If I am pushed for one, is they change the full animation team every year.....would be nice if they only changed a couple so you were always familiar with them.

Ideal para familias con niños
Bien la animación, la ubicación, aunque la habitación estaba muy bien, pero un poco vieja. Las lámparas casi caídas, había hormigas y se veía todo un poco viejo, pero compensaba con la animación que había en el hotel. Ideal para familias con niños

Les instal·lacions estan una mica antigues en algunes zones, pro ens ho hem passat molt bé i es molt segur que tornem.

Last minute trip
This is a great hotel, especially for families! We went as a couple on this occasion but plan to return with the whole family next year! We were lucky enough to be the first couple to experience the brand new upgraded superior rooms! They are well enough equipped if you are all inclusive and exceptionally spacious and comfortable. What really makes this resort is ALL of the staff! They are absolutely FANTASTIC!!! Although the location is set back from the town, this makes for a very peaceful sleep! Definitely worth going to!
